Company Profile Array Technologies Inc., established in 2000 and based in Glastonbury, CT is a small Engineering firm focusing on research and development in the Industrial Control, Printing, and Imaging fields. Staff includes Electrical Engineers, Computer Scientists, and Technicians working together to design, develop and manufacture high-tech, state-of-the art products, software, firmware and systems. Our hard work, expertise and dedication since our inception has resulted in exponential growth in revenues and profits, as well as new opportunities for success going forward. We are anxious to pursue these opportunities and are looking for ambitious individuals who’d like to participate and contribute in this exciting environment. Array Technologies develops state-of-the-art solutions utilizing cutting-edge hardware, processors, interfaces and tools to bring new technologies to the Industrial Printing and Control markets. We are a licensed technology partner of Hewlett-Packard and Kyocera, Inc. and develop hardware and software products and controllers for various OEMs and dealers including Pitney-Bowes, Video-Jet and MCS. These companies brand or embed our products, then sell them to their own customers. In February, 2008 Array Technologies, Inc. acquired Rheological Solutions, Inc., and Think Ink, Inc., expanding its business operations further into the controller and consumables markets. These acquisitions allow consolidation and control of the vertical components of Array’s overall business proposition allowing us to leverage individual opportunities. Our business model is Intellectual Property based: low-volume, high-margin. Our value is delivering practical, cutting-edge technology solutions into historically low-tech environments - quickly and reliably. We develop almost all of our processor/controller boards in-house, as well as all levels of software - from that running on embedded processors, to device-drivers for Windows XP, to GUI application software. Our goal at Array Technologies is to maintain a focused development environment - without distractions from bureaucracies, meetings, marketing, procurement, tech-support, etc. Our well-established, efficient relationships with our partners and clients allow us to focus on development and minimize unnecessary distractions whenever possible.
